Refund policy
A digital report is delivered instantly, which makes the usual cooling-off argument awkward. Here is what we actually do.
Full refunds, no argument
- The chart was calculated incorrectly. Send your birth date, time and city with the pillars you believe are correct and the source. If our engine is wrong we refund in full and fix it.
- The report failed to generate, or you were charged without receiving a report.
- You were charged more than once for the same reading.
Considered case by case
If the reading simply did not resonate, write to us within 14 days and explain what you expected. Saju is interpretive, so we cannot promise that a reading will feel true — but we would rather refund a disappointed reader than keep the money.
Not refundable
A chart that differs from another service because a different convention was used is not a calculation error. Korean schools genuinely disagree about the midnight boundary and about solar-time correction, and your report lists every alternative that would change your chart, precisely so this is visible before you buy.
How to request one
Reply to the receipt Lemon Squeezy emailed you at checkout, from the address you used. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
