If you have bought a reading
Reply to the receipt Lemon Squeezy emailed you at checkout. That is the fastest route by some distance: the reply already proves which order is yours, so nothing has to be established before we can act on it.
- You paid and the reading did not open. Include nothing except the fact that it did not open — we can find the order from your email.
- You want a refund. The refund policy explains which cases are automatic; a reply to your receipt starts any of them.
- You want your data deleted. We delete the birth details and the report; the payment record itself has to be kept for tax purposes, and that is Lemon Squeezy's copy rather than ours.
If you have not bought anything
Reply to your purchase email, or use the contact address on your Gumroad receipt. Questions about how the chart is calculated are welcome, and the methodology page answers most of them in more detail than an email can.
What we cannot do
A Saju reading is written for reflection and interest. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it does not predict what will happen to you. If something in your life needs a professional, please talk to one — we are not a substitute, and we will say so rather than take the question.
